The Chai Latte from Caffè Nero in King's Cross station was delicious and perfectly spiced with Cinnamonon top. The service was prompt and the staff( Michela D) was very friendly. I highly recommend it for a quick and enjoyable drink.

Lovely coffee, but what really made it stand out was the friendliness of the female Barista...shows you that a business is all about the people in it.

Very disappointed with the attitude of the barista that greeted me today but would not accommodate my order, which has been my usual order for the last 10 years. No Nero for me today.

wanted to grab a quick drink before my train, i was having some issues but the girl at the till was so lovely and helped me out big time. i got the new strawberry matcha and it was delicious and was made very quickly :)

Absolutely disgusted by the Batista who did not follow my preference in terms of the coffee temperature, since, for some reason they don't serve any cold-iced drinks this afternoon, I specifically asked for a not-too-warm latte, he carelessly delivered a boiling hot cup instead.

Half my drink was completely frozen, couldn't drink it with a straw. Coffee shot at the top was spilling out the sides :_/

Had coffee at 7of March. I used to be royal costumer here, haven?t visit for awhile. Everything seems changed. Oh GOD and coffee machine is SO DIRTY DISGUSTING!!!!
Barista starts to make my drink right after I order, since there was so people. Espresso cup and machine looks like they DID NOT CLEAN it AT ALL!!! ew?.. coffee stains everywhere, re-use espresso cup over and over again..

Quit frankly deserves no star.
Ordered a coffee, paid for it. Then watched everyone else get served and coffees made before me.
10 minutes later, I ask kindly if my coffee is being made I was then gas lit and said that I never ordered a coffee!
The woman that was behind me in the queue collecting her coffee intervened, and said no she was there before me, and she did order a coffee, but yet still refuse to admit this .
I?ve then showed him my bank statement of the transaction of the coffee. Again he proceeds to deny even with proof of transaction! THEN refused to give me a refund!!!!
After showing him proof of the transaction!! I then had to argue to get a refund!!!
Not sure if they?re rude or racist or both!
