I went to buy Helldivers 2 that I reserved after going to another that didn't have in stock but reserved for me in this one. I am absolutely appalled by the competency and attitude of the staff here. I wanted to return a piece of hardware and called and checked it was ok to return before going to the store. Got the go ahead from an agent on the phone. There is one girl in particular with long, wavy brown hair. She does not want to deal with customers... read full comment
