I would like to compliment how professional and friendly the staff at this location are. Had my ears pierced, the associate explained the process, made lovely suggestion on earrings selection, went back 6 weeks later as could not remove the initial set of earrings, was helped immediately with the smile! Excellent, wide range of products, everything was very neat and well stocked. It must be hard to keep it tidy but the lines were lap immaculate. Lots of beachwear, sandals, floaty tops, as well as jewellery and bags.
The service as I was browsing was over solicitous, but it was clear the staff cared about their shop, the new product ranges, their customers. There were some very cute young customers and the staff were very engaging and helpful to them, not dismissive or patronising at all. My checkout experience was seamless.
The clothes and jewellery are quite expensive for what they are, but it's a lovely shop to have a browse around - do pop downstairs and checkout the clothing there, particularly wide girls' clothing range.

I had my ear pierced by Rosie a cartilage and lobe. Rosie was very friendly, polite and professional. I would definitely recommend.

They do not answer the phone when you try to call - or they answer then quickly cut off the phone call, and then continue to not answer. I will therefore be going elsewhere to book an appointment for piercings.

Lovely stuff and even lovelier staff who helped me find a bag, went beyond the call of duty - much appreciated. Am a bit disabled but there is a lift so no need to take stairs.

The place to go for all things accessories. Can be expensive, but you have a lot of choices. Careful with the stairs, I nearly tripped down.

My sister and I had a great piercing experience with Tanzila at the Accessorize store in Angel today. It was my sister?s second piercing (the previous one was done when she was very young), so she was quite nervous about it. However, Tanzila was very patient, kind and informative during the entire process. We didn?t feel rushed at all. She took her time and explained the entire process, including the required aftercare, beforehand.
We will defintiely be back for more piercings, with her in particular! I recommend!

The ladies in here are the sweetest, kindest people! They are always so helpful. I go into the Islington/Angel branch weekly and they are always so warm and welcoming! Marie pierced my ear today and it was the smoothest process and pain-free. There is another woman who is there every Friday morning (didn't catch her name) who is just lovely. It makes such a difference to your shopping experience when people are like this. Thank you ladies! This team deserve the recognition ??
