Never ever going back to Specsavers, horrible service,I did purchase glasses from them over £350,but the service is really unprofessional.The staff are Rud,both glasses don't have matching colour cases & the quality of the glasses also compare to other brand not so great.

Sadly I had retina detachment surgery at the Moorfields and a doctor told me to check my eye pressure at an Opticians store so I came here to Barnet and the staf were very helpful and wiling to help they didn t charge me for the presure test. very good of them. Thank you and well done team for your understanding !

Appalling service. It took 2 hours to complete a standard eye test appointment and ended up getting an £80 PCN for my car. Service quality has gone down over the last 5 years and I cannot bring myself to go through it anymore.
