Everyone at Parry Jones is great. Friendly, polite and helpful. As someone else said here, this is the best pharmacy in the area.

my usual pharmacy is boots , every single time i go into this pharmacy which was 3-4 times they never have anything in stock or they just don?t have it. i went in today just to try my luck and again no surprise they didn?t have what i was looking for the girl was nice however some of the older workers aren?t very friendly. i?ve heard bad stories from other people as well honestly why run a pharmacy if you barley have anything in stock or just don?t stock it at all. if ur normal pharmacy doesn?t stock something don?t even bother because this pharmacy definitely doesn?t have it either

Inconsistent. Sometimes they're lovely; other times, they're rude, asking curt, one word questions and huffily showing impatience when you don't understand what it is that they're asking. Depends on who the staff are that day.

Both my mum and brother have used this chemist for 20 years plus. I've used different chemists due to living elsewhere. The chemist team here ALWAYS do a great job and are super polite. Some individuals fail to understand the complex and demanding job the team does. Then write rubbish because they can't get their meds asap. Basically, if you don't like the service there - go elsewhere. Parry Jones has enough satisfied customers to keep it busy.

Parry Jones is a fantastic pharmacy. I had a GP appointment for my daughter this morning and she sent the prescription to the pharmacy. Within 1 hour I had all of her medications. They are very efficient and well run family business.

A family run business that serves the community to the highest standard with professionalism, understanding & courtesy. The staff are always happy to help. My most recent experience involved being left without a much needed prescription that I had pre-ordered from another pharmacy. However, due to administrative errors & finally being told the medication was out of stock, I needed an emergency prescription. The pharmacist at Parry Jones issued it within minutes. A stark contrast to my experience earlier in the day. Thank you!!

They deleted my last 1 star review so I?ll post a condensed version. Beware of their astronomical, well-above average private prescription fees compared to other pharmacies in the area (and quite easily the rest of the UK). Do your research first.

Always so helpful and polite. Once I had medication which I had to find very quick for my baby and we couldn?t find it anywhere, it was prescribed by the GP surgery. Thanks to the owner we found the medication in another pharmacy placed in Burnt oak. He was calling the GP, trying to find alternative medication, was calling me and giving me ideas where to call, even was giving me the numbers of certain pharmacies where I can check. He really does his best. I?m please to have this pharmacy near my house. A BIG THANK YOU!
