Rubbish pizza received. I ordered a collection yesterday and the pizza i received was uncooked and chewy. I told them right away about it, and the lady working there did not listen to me and argued that it is proper even though the guy with her in the staff said that it was not proper but she was not even ready to hear that. Even one star is more for them. Totally useless fellows.

Absolutely ridiculous they won't take cash delivery's any more and want to take debit card numbers because they don't have any readers I've been going to them for the last 15years no more sadly

All of the sudden they dont take cash or send card machines and the person on the phone can't understand basic English and add my card details forcing me to order the same pizza same delivery through uber eats app where they literally charge double!!!! if you hire staff that answers phones make sure they understand and speak English!! why do I have to pay double because your staff is not suited for their position? moreover i order from you regularly for years which now i will no longer do because of this.

To start, the uniform on an individual had pizza dough over it upon collection. The interior of the shop doesn't appear updated or as clean as you would expect it to be. Customer service isn't up to scratch, prioritising calls instead of dealing with customers first in the shop. The pizza wasn't cooked as well as it should have been. Overall I cannot recommend it here.

Great customer service. One of the pizzas I ordered was wrong and they were able to rectify it. Very pleased with their service and top quality pizza from Papa Jones.

Foods okay but service is a big fat 0. Tried to make me feel guilty and responsible for their failure at quality check.I ordered a BBQ pizza, but they had not added the BBQ sauce on the pizza!!I will repeat, NO BBQ sauce.I called thinking oh well mistakes happen, but had to argue with them to swap out the pizza with another. They only wanted to send BBQ sauce (but I know it should go on prior to the oven) and then they started making stuff up about delivery times and me making late calls to them, so confusing. I couldn't believe my ears.They swapped out the pizza in the end after I had to get incredibly firm with them, but the driver said at the door we shouldn't have eaten the 1 slice. Well someone had taken a bite before realising no BBQ sauce.Then the driver started questioning costs and saying that someone at PJs will have to pay for the pizza. What has that got to do with me? What are these guys on?All I wanted was a BBQ pizza!!!!

The pizza arrived, but the bottle of Tango didn?t. When I asked the delivery driver about this he told me I hadn?t ordered this. I questioned this as it was printed on the side of the box.
The delivery driver then told me they would send this the next time I ordered, although I said I would prefer a refund. The driver then told me he would deliver this later before 10pm.
The bottle of tango hasn?t arrived. I?ve called and they told me that they have no record of my order, I have tried to give my address repeatedly, and they told me that I haven?t ordered from the Walton store. They have then have hung up on me instantly when I?ve asked to discuss how I can get this refunded or asked for another customer service number. I have attempted to call back and my calls are no longer being answered.

Got 2 stale pizzas 2 hours late. Emailed head office but had no response in months. I know PJ pride themselves in fresh produce and dough as I used to sell pizza products and delivered to the first store in London. I've had great PJ pizza in the past from other stores but No excuse for what I received from Biggleswade store and no apology, compensation or explanation. Bad pizza.
