People here don?t answer the phone. My order was late and I wanted to know what?s going on with it. And I called them 10 times. No answer. These people shouldn?t have a phone if this is how they use it.

OK enough, although smaller than it used to be. Main issue is that it is a hub of delivery drivers who frequently park blocking the access, in the bus stop, on the pavement etc. Infrastructure for the delivery employees ought to be considered so as not to adversely impact the area.

Ordered the 10 Wing bucket meal for 1 when it arrived I noticed how very greasy and slimy the chicken pieces was and very dark almost burnt coating. I ate 4 and noticed this bitter taste and left the rest. The following day ended up in barnet hospital with E.Coli food poisoning and in agony for a week. I believe this branch sent the previous evenings re cooked leftovers and I come to this conclusion as not eaten 24hrs previous to eating the kfc. Please avoid this shop if planning to feed young children or the elderly as could be a whole different story. Ps. The gravy is made using the week build up of all the bits in the fryers used when cooking the chicken as kfc say helps flavour the gravy.?. Please please check for over oily slimy brown chicken.

Absolutely terrible experience. The staff here are extremely rude and disrespectful. They clearly have no idea how to communicate with customers and seem completely uninterested in providing even basic courtesy or service. I was shocked by the way I was spoken to ? dismissive, unhelpful, and completely unprofessional.
If this is how they treat customers, I can?t imagine how poorly things are run behind the scenes. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place unless they want to be disrespected and frustrated.

yesterday me and my friends went to this outlet in high barnet it was very bad experience and very disappointing. we ordered 10 piece of chicken. they have given the chicken within secs and the chicken was not fresh and very oily and not good for eating when we said to them they were not even listening to this. they have bad customer service.

Absolutely disgusted with the service at this KFC High Barnet . The manager was beyond rude and disrespectful, showing zero regard for customer service. Their attitude was condescending and downright unprofessional. I?ve never been treated with such hostility by someone in a management position. To make matters worse, the place was poorly managed, and it was clear the staff was just as frustrated. Truly pathetic leadership this person has no business working in customer service. Save yourself the frustration and take your money elsewhere!

We were Barnet kfc with couple of my friends
There is a lady with charming smiling face I think her name Evana , she provides nice and best service to us were we need a help she is there . The food also very nice, we couldn?t get best fried chicken other KFC in uk .

I had an extremely disappointing experience at this KFC location. The staff and manager were shockingly rude and unprofessional. Their behavior towards customers was unacceptable, and they made me feel unwelcome the entire time. It's clear that customer service isn't a priority here.
I won't be going back, and I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone. KFC needs to seriously address the attitude and conduct of their employees.
