The service at this Greggs branch is friendly and efficient, which is appreciated. However, the quality of the food, particularly the sandwiches, is not up to the usual standard.
I recently had a tuna baguette and was disappointed to find that it contained far more salad than actual tuna. The filling was sparse, which made the sandwich feel unbalanced and lacking in flavour. It would be much better if the portions of the main ingredients were more generous and consistent.
Greggs usually delivers good value, but the food at this location could benefit from a bit more care in preparation.

There was a guy named Danny who served us while we were there, and he was amazing. So friendly and making conversation with everyone who came in, made it feel like a very comfortable and good environment

The dude named Danny is the best worker I have seen. he lifts the mood of everyone and is really nice. he makes me want to come back. The food is also amazing because it is greggs.

Greg's stores are found all over UK , if you visit High Barnet you meet Scott and the rest of the friendly staff , always checking in and keeping the space clean and hygienic, great customer service.For some stand out service.

Employees at the Barnet Greggs are always working hard to serve you as quickly and courteously as possible?Especially Scott, Scott always greets you warmly and passes polite conversation whilst serving you. Doesn?t get flustered under pressure and is always happy to help with any problem? A real asset to the store.

I recently visited Greggs Barnet and had an incredible experience thanks to Scott. From the moment I walked in, he greeted me with a warm smile and made me feel welcome. His knowledge about the menu was impressive, and he took the time to recommend some of the best pastries. The service was prompt, and he was attentive without being overwhelming. I left with delicious treats and a great impression of the bakery. If you're looking for amazing customer service along with tasty baked goods, definitely check this place out and ask for Scott!

We were so appreciative for Gregg's on our recent trip around England! They have excellent products and their prices are reasonable! In expensive touristy places, you can get good food still for a good price! They are also open earlier than just about anybody else! Picked up something for breakfast and for lunch!

The people who work in this particular greggs has given me no choice but to give them fantastic feedback because their customer service is undeniable. I'm an optician and I suffer with ptsd.. my mornings can be easy or hard . Everytime I come here specially my mornings are great. Please give these people the spotlight in the newspapers they deserve!!
