Not good staff. One looks grumpy as hell, another while smiles has no idea whats going on (maybe she?s new?), 3rd was dismissive. When I had a problem with the app and I asked for help, they just made me feel I was an inconvenience to them. Terrible compared to the Great North Road branch.

I frequent this location out of convenience due to its proximity to my workplace. Unfortunately, not once have I had a genuinely positive experience here?and that in itself is telling.
The staff consistently display an alarming lack of basic courtesy, professionalism, and interpersonal awareness. As someone who works in hospitality, I understand the demands of the industry, but what?s on display at this branch is not stress?it?s sheer indifference and, frankly, incompetence. There is a fundamental absence of customer service training, emotional intelligence, and even the most basic respect for patrons.
Orders are regularly incorrect. Staff speak to customers with a tone that borders on contempt, and there is no sense of accountability or care?particularly concerning for individuals with allergies or specific dietary requirements. The way allergy-related orders are handled is not only careless, but dangerous.
This branch is in urgent need of retraining, both in technical accuracy and human decency. Until that happens, I cannot in good conscience recommend this location to anyone who values being treated with respect?or who simply expects their order to be correct and safe to consume.

If you have an allergy then do not attend this branch. Busy morning, staff ask you to wait whilst they serve everyone else before they can attend to you. It?s their procedure to serve other people first before looking into allergies

As usual I get my coffee at my favourite Costa in Cockfosters and it hasn?t disappointed. Great customer service with a slight sense of humour, fantastic coffee and always busy. Honest respect to the employees as only 2 work at a time yet it stays clean, quick and joyful service and they are always in a good mood.

Lovely homely and warm atmosphere! Staff is exceptional! Always make me, my family or friends feel very welcome and comfortable! All drinks or food are always made to my liking! My favourite coffee tastes exactly the same every time I visit. I would highly recommend this particular branch as this is my favourite coffee place to go to to chill or have a lovely afternoon get together with my close ones.

The Service here at this Costa is excellent. All the staff are friendly and helpful also take care in making the drinks. I think this is down to good management. I wish all places were like this..
