Not good staff. One looks grumpy as hell, another while smiles has no idea whats going on (maybe she’s new?), 3rd was dismissive. When I had a problem with the app and I asked for help, they just made me feel I was an inconvenience to them. Terrible compared to the Great North Road branch.

Always get my order wrong, and start shouting at me if I dare to correct them! Terrible customer service and total lack of professionalism.
