I love this little branch of Costa. It?s more relaxed than others. Clean and I like the decor. The staff (Harish and Iwona) is very helpful and friendly. Definitely a favourite of mine.

Great customer.service, friendly ,helpful, polite. One girl In particular stood out for me, i think she was English and had a nose ring I don't know her name.. she was the best example of what customer service is all about . She was polite, vocal , a great worker and made me feel good to be there enjoying my coffee. And she was gorgeous lol. I would definitely go back because of this experience. Costa should use this person to train all the staff. I've been to alot of coffee shops and observed many staff in their work and this person is the the most impressive employee I've seen so far . Fact ?

go here most days for my coffee, there's a lovely young girl and guy who work there, not sure of their names. but I went today and the older lady with the black hair was very rude when she got my order wrong, and then made me a disgusting drink. won't be going here anymore :(

Nice branch of Costa.. Must say though the most important thing is the staff. Victoria has great, nice personality. Costa please recognise this and please give this girl a pay rise! It really makes all the difference to the experience of visiting a Costa if the staff are likeable. Six stars
