The staff are friendly and professional?Adelina, Eralda and all other team members, are always efficient, patient and make the experience smooth. The whole team knows their stuff and keeps things running well.
Coffee is consistently strong, amazing Frappuccino, and the place has a decent vibe for a quick stop or a casual meet-up. No fuss, just good service. Would highly recommend.

It's a nice cafe with good customer service. Get's a bit noisy with kids sometimes but they can't do anything about it. Other than that it's a nice place to so some work

I don?t usually leave bad reviews, but my experience at Costa Coffee in High Barnet was appalling. The hygiene standards were shocking?the server, Irene, was eating behind the counter while serving customers, which is completely unacceptable in any food establishment. To make matters worse, she stopped taking my order to serve someone behind me, blatantly favouring them over other customers. This kind of service is unprofessional and completely unfair.
I expect better from Costa, both in terms of hygiene and customer service. If this is the standard they allow, I won?t be returning. Management seriously needs to address these issues before more customers are put off.

Today 29.01.25 lady at coffie shop (dark blonde hair) was absolutely rude !!!! Never back again
She comments my order on front of me in rude way
Other lady dark hair was ok but that blond was terrible
I ask for not too hot coffie she give me very hot coffee!!! But her comments never forget!

Visited on Saturday 28/12/2024 at 11am it was not busy at all the Romanian girl behind the counter didn?t acknowledge me standing in front of her instead she was busy talking to her friend in Romanian other girl came over and served me and this Romanian girl started to shout at me for no reason what my order was so she can take my money. Extremely extremely rude attitude no customer service skills at all

I work for Gail?s bakery. This evening 10/12/24 at 17:30 I went to Costa with my family to have coffee. The girl who was behind the counter was absolutely rude and aggressive. I asked her what time you closing? She answered me why I?m asking ??? WHAT? Why I?m asking? Because I?m a customer!! I asked her questions instead of answering me she was cleaning and then ignoring me!!! Absolutely bad customer service I will never come back!!!!!!
