My son had booked me a manicure as a birthday present but arrived and asked for a pedicure instead as in my job as a carer I?m on my feet all day! I was told by the boss there was no problem in me having a pedicure instead which was wonderful in itself! Rose was my assigned technician. She was fabulous and I left feeling a different person! Would definitely recommend. Thank you for a lovely relaxing hour. Love to Cinnamon who also made my day!

Awful job. Nails peeled and lifted after 1 day. Manager /owner was nice at first and said she would refund but I had to go via Treatwell. After a full week Treatwell said it was up to the manager to refund. I got a text from the manager saying nothing was wrong with my nails (even though every nail is peeling) and it was my fault for apparently asking for 2 coats of top coat. I had asked for 1 nail to be redone before leaving g and the technician put more topcoat on. Just don?t bother. Waste of time and money.

I love that I found such an incredible salon! Rose the Nail Technician is awesome! The manager Rah who owns the salon is simply so lovely and makes all her clients who walk through the door feel so welcome and she is so accommodating too! It?s the nicest, cleanest most wonderful salon i have ever been to! The prices for the treatments are so reasonable too and you will not be disappointed with each service you have! IT?s THE BEST NAIL & BEAUTY SALON IN NORTH LONDON!

I had my nails done at this Salon and in all honesty it was one the best experiences I have had - the mail technician called Rosey was so up to date with mail health , techniques and very patient with my demands ! Bless her - she did an amazing job - highly and truly recommend them .

My worst experience at a nail salon in my entire life! I booked a simple BIAB removal via Treatwell for the earliest appt as I couldn?t do anything later. I get a call the day before from the salon asking me to change it - I said I cannot as no later time works and we agreed to keep the time (especially as it should only take 20mins) and the salon will call other clients to see if she can move it around. When I get there, the manager/owner (WHO HAS NOT GOT EXPERIENCE OR COMPETENT IN THIS TREATMENT) is the one doing my removal as the other 2 ladies are busy with clients. This lady burned me multiple times and it took 1.5 hours to remove and my nails looks crumbled and awful - no clear polish was even offered! I am appalled that someone not experienced or qualified was in control of the machine and burning my nails and had to keep asking the nail tech how to do it to avoid burning me. I?ve never had such a bad experience and after 3 visits, today was definitely my last. I can see the owner loves to reply to negative reviews with an excuse but I believe there is no excuse for this. If you are not competent or experienced, do not offer to do it. Cancelling my appt would?ve been 100% better.

This was my 4th time visiting the salon, and I have to say I?m pretty satisfied with the results so far. All the people working there are super polite and nice, and always make you feel comfortable. Keep up the good work girls!!! ?

I have been here now 3 or 4 times & have never been disappointed. The salon is so clean, they use proper products, the staff are very friendly & the owner gives such a warm welcome when you come in, She & her staff are very professional. And it is very reasonably priced. I have happily recommended Cinnamon to my friends & colleagues, just hope they are clever enough to give it a try. Keep up the amazing work

I left with great enthusiasm after my first visit! Even my mother had a wonderful time during her visit. I must mention that the shop itself is stunning and the owner is incredibly kind. The manicure I received had an excellent finish. I definitely plan on returning and thank you so much for the lovely goodies as wellUpdate: I visited Cinnamon again today (8 Feb24') and I'm absolutely thrilled with my nails. This is my second time getting BIAB, and I must say, Sepid did an excellent job once again. Thank you so much!Another update: visited today 7/3/24 for BIAB /french tip. In love with my nails. Amazing owner, so inviting and cheerful. And my nail technician Sepid is so skilled and attentive. Thanks again

I was recommended here and I like to support local businesses.I can safely say it?s one of the best infill and shellac I?ve ever had. The cuticles are perfect. The nails are perfectly painted and finished with an amazing, shiny topcoat , great customer service and will definitely be returning for my infills. My nails took an hour and 15 minutes but I didn?t mind as I got to watch Friends on the TV and I was sat on a comfortable barstool, and if it wasn?t 10 am, I would?ve had a glass of wine! ????
