Dreadful customer service ! Two members of staff covering the floor and the tills and neither could crack a smile or say hello.....can only assume that they dislike their jobs! Low stock or no stock on shelves. The management need to get their acts together!

Short staffed. But that?s not the only problem. Was like a ghost town of staff customers walking around and no one but a security guard there. Then one women turned up and called for back up for someone who was upstairs. The thing is, I?ve run a place understaffed and all of my staff are running around working twice as hard to serve everyone, not here they take their sweet time like it?s our problem not theirs. And that?s the issue. They just don?t care.

The lady who served me was from prescription service s, as I came to pay for this item she says I could only use cash...I was only buying codiene ibuprofen...the gentleman before me got similar item and he paid by card...it seems she singled me out..so when I came to pay and my card went threw with no problem (as I knew from the beginning) she got irate,never appoligised and walked off with her tail between her legs...she's a letting looking woman could be from Singapore....AUFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE, BOOTS DOES NOT NEED STAFF WHICH TRY TO INTIMIDATEits patron...she should be let go BAD FOR BUSINESS..

Staff very grumpy and treating customers as though they were causing an unnecessary inconvenience when they had spotted that they were being overcharged for various items. The queue for the till is down a tiny aisle which is confusing and difficult for people to get buggies or wheelchairs through when there is an obvious wider option for the queue parallel. Lots of incompetency among staff and unhappy customers.

The pharmacy staff were extremely helpful and kind when I needed help finding a certain medication. This branch is extremely busy most of the time so keep that in mind

This store is an absolute shambles. It?s physically the most rundown store I?ve seen, how a big brand like Boots can allow its name above broken doors, half empty shelves, awkward narrow spaces is beyond me. The staff were utterly disinterested and there?s even a paper sign at the till instructing ?ring for service? like it?s the 1950?s and not a high street store in 2023. If your staffing is that bad you need to seriously look at recruitment. Also, I?m not sure if it?s the low ceilings, the bad lighting or the cramped layout but it just felt dingy. All round a really bad experience.

Horrible staff!!!!! Not helpful at all!I was asking 3 different staff for price of 1 product. All of them said totally different price . They been totally rude , and angry because I asked them something!!!

I was treated really badly by a woman working at the till yesterday, around lunch time. I attempted to use a gift card and she was requesting from me details about the remaining amount. She did not allow me to use my VISA credit card for the remaining amount and she asked me to pay cash. Then she called her manager, who did not allow me to speak and after some unpleasant verbal attacks by "the manager" she allowed me to use my visa card and completed the transaction. I asked to read the name of the worker at the till to make a complaint and she was covering it with her hand refusing to let me read it. It was awful and I hope I will never need to enter that shop again.

Awful service, massive queue as a result all I can hear is frustrated customers (mostly pensioners) arguing with staff and occasionally swearing, can?t say I blame them.

Better today. They let me have my tablets no argy bargy as long as I always get them from them so yeah great for the medication some of which I'd rather not take

Pharmacy is awfulStaff do not automatically serve you and are ignorant. Once you are then served you are met with staff that are rude, disinterested, unmotivated and not pleasant to deal with.Highly unprofessional, have changed pharmacy
