Lovely cool interior on a very hot day. Both my coffee ( black americano ) and pastry ( apricot danish ) were fine. Got the impression a lot of the customers were regulars. Some branches offer a cinnamon swirl - this would be a nice addition to the pastry selection ,and I'm sure it would prove to be a winner with the discerning Barnes customers

On a good day - including when quite busy - this is probably the most relaxing Caffe Nero (or any coffee shop, for that matter) that I know of.

I tried the Colombian coffee today?it was a bit strong for my taste. However, the staff were very friendly and kind, which made the experience enjoyable.

Female manager of early morning shift very grumpy and rude.
I have been visiting the place for the last 10 years and I am afraid I have to say she is the worst bar lady I ever come across in my entire life never a smile.
Coffe shops are meant to be places of relaxation and joy not funerals.
