Manager doesn?t respect the consumer right to return and has attitude. The company in general has poor customer service. Would avoid if possible. Ordered a product that was inferior and didn?t work as it should, tried to return it within 14
Days, manager rohit refused because the packaging had been opened and they couldn?t ?resell? despite the product being unused. Shocking for a trade seller. Never had this problem with their competitors. Tried resolving it with their online team also had the same crappy customer service. Saying that the Dagenham store was awesome.

Eunice & Kofi were fantastic in their customer service. Both were very helpful and friendly - I need some complicated ducting. They both worked together and solved my problem quickly. Excellent & thank you. Professional & courteous from start to finish!

Fantastic customer service , Eunice was great and her service was outstanding, felt very welcome and will be coming back to the store for sure. Extremely helpful individual. We need more individuals like here in stores across the city !

Awful. Never believe your click and collect item will actually be there even when the website says there's 8 in stock. Then, when you speak to the manager, don't expect any help! Very rude, and very slow.

Popped in and ended up buying a macmillian charger, there isn't much stock on show so i assume it's more of a click and collect location? It wasn't clear where people were meant to queue for the tills...
