Awful very uncomfortable experience, staff should be sacked dealt with racial discrimination here , staff will give you dirty looks and follow you around the store making you feel like your a burden and got accused of stealing and since I reported the incident every time I come staff will follow me around the store and stare at me making me incredibly uncomfortable? will be taking this further bc this is appalling

Vithusan the security guard is amazing. Very helpfull to mobility impared people or mothers with children. Good man and genuine supportive to all.

The Security man who works in the Store is constantly on his mobile phone and not monitoring the shop floor the way it should be. Anyone can walk in and out the premises without paying which is a huge loss. Please can this be monitored and addressed to the correct department.

Staff need training to deal with customers. Bought an item but charged twice didn?t realise before I left the store as I was in a hurry and had bought multiple items. Asked for a refund but was told refund not possible but can take another item and they said I should have checked before I left the store. No apology from the staff and was shown the email address to complaint. Staff were talking to each other in their own language. Ridiculous behaviour. 0 Stars.

Rubbish Bengali stuff working there, I went at 11.50 , was closed their door. I requested them that i need only 1 item ( my beby's nappy) but he got angry on me and said no shop maintains exact time and used some Bengali slung . I had no way but listened to him and buy my beby's nappy) as it was urgent. No one should come here unless
it is urgent .

Can someone explain me how the employers at tesco get to work there.
They don't want to reduce the product who expire today or tomorrow...I ask and they told me they don't know how.
They sell products expired from 11 Aug today is 18 Aug. On half price only.
If you ask them for directions to a certain product most of the they rise them shoulders as they don't speak English....how is this possible?
