If I was able to give zero star to this subway even that would have not been enough.Everyone please avoid this subway at all cost, Staff here is so Rude & arrogant. I don't understand How this subway franchise is still up and running.It should be shut down completely..I ordered today via Just Eat Footlong subways.When both of the subway came they were drenched with the sauce instead of drizzling the sauce in the sub, They were soaked with the sauce..Bread was breaking it wasn't fresh at all.I have reported to Just Eat as well and demanded full refund.Not only that SUBWAY should investigate this branch and give some training to the staff how to make sandwiches.Very importantly how to treat customer who are spending there money in this subway franchise.Looks like someone opened it and totally forgot how to run the business.Every single customer who buys there sandwich gets disappointed thats why they hardly got any 5 star review..TRAIN YOUR STAFF OR SHUT IT....!!!

Unfortunately i spent 6 pound for salad box the staff is thinking they are giving free food for us ( their face expression) if i spent half this money just opposite Tesco i can eat all family this salad just put some vegetable and just one spoon chicken very less quantity three times same happened i thought this depend staff but all staff is making same thing this not worth for money you can imagine the box size and how they given for 6 pound worth you can see in this photo i will not recommend just this money waste or put for charity you will get some blessing better than giving them

Subway Barking Vicarage Field, rude staff, not one pleasant exchange of words, just grunted at. Place looks dirty, got served a dried up stale piece of bread with a not so fresh tuna salad. They obviously cannot be bothered to provide a decent service or meal.

This is shop was defined not on my good restaurant list it defied bad restaurants it is their king the bread was moldy the meat was rotten the vegetables look like they ancient also it was dirty all around staff were very unhelpful they were giving us dirty stare if we didn?t get something they approved never again subways in lakesideWestfield are better would rate - 0000000000000000000000000000000000000000000 if I could ??

Health risk.I really enjoy subway normally but this place lets the whole brand down.Given Barking has such a high rate of covid it?s shocking the staff never wear their masks properly if at all (this includes the store manager). They have a limit of 2 in the store but the guy behind the counter is telling more people to come in the shop, leading to 6 people being close to each other in a tiny store.The food is ok but everything else is just poor. I?ve been to many subways, it?s not hard to fix the issues in this store has but the owner clearly doesn?t want to.

It was a very bad service I received from barking subway..the lady staff didn't provided any salad with cheesy pepperoni ...with the same we received it from other subways shops...better not to enter this shop to save the other subway shop experiences

Staff don't know what they're doing half the time not even the store manager - poor customer service overall. They don't even know how to scan and use the subway loyalty card system and are slow.

Horrible customer service. The lady im going to assume is the team leader is rude and unfit to work customer service. There was an incident in which one of the staff members gave me the wrong change, i had noticed this the night of the incident and was only able to go to the store the next day. I explained the situation initially to this lady whose response was to ask in a condescending tone why i hadn't checked the change before leaving the store. Now, i work aretail job myself and I'm aware that the tills are counted before closing daily so it would've been easy to verify my story by simply checking if the till had a surpluss of money, though they informed me.that their policy was that the customer needs to check the change before leaving the store which is certainly unheard of in a store of Subway's type. Yet, it is not necessarily the money that bothers me, i wasn't expecting to get it back eitherways, the issue is the way the staff went about resolving the issue. There is no need to act condescending and roll your eyes at a paying customer, especially when i hadn't been confrontational or rude through explaining the situation. The lady in particular was extra rude, not only was the initial interaction negative, she then procedeed to serve me and i asked for a cheese toastie, she must've miss heard and served me beef and cheese, when i saw her placing beef in my sandwich i reinforced that i only wanted cheese as I don't eat beef and she kissed her teeth at me for her mistake, as if i had changed the order last minute which i certainly hadn't done but even if i had, it is still their job to serve the customer and not kiss their teeth at them. That is so incredibly inappropriate and rude. She clearly was unhappy to serve me and exhibiting frustrations at me that were a result of her actions.This sort of behaviour is unacceptable to a paying customer that through the entire situation maintained calm and politiness. I will be avoiding eating from this particular branch of Subway from now on, as the customer service experience itself has left a rather sour taste in my mouth.

The worst customer service I ever had. I usually never rate any store 1 star but after getting served by this subway I had to do. The staff were very slow I had to wait half an hour to get my sandwich and it wasn't that busy. And the moment any customer enters in the shop they get to hear " card only" or "no lettuce".
