Absolutely ridiculous had an eye test and they made a mistake and got my right eye prescription wrong, making it stronger than it was supposed to be. I noticed something wasn't right and went back to get a retest and they found out it was indeed wrong and said they will correct it. I went back to collect my glasses only to see they completely forgot to include the anti-glare lense on that I paid extra for. Now they are saying I have to wait even longer for them to add it on and redo my glasses for the third time!

The optician that conducted my eye test was very informative throughout the process. He explained the slight change in my vision and directed me to another member of staff who showed me the selection of frames for me to choose from

A disappointing experience. Arrived for my 12 noon appointment, only to be told it was 12.45. I showed the staff the text confirmation that clearly showed 12 noon twice. I was told there would be a wait of around 45 minutes as A staff member had called in sick. I couldn?t wait around for 45 minutes and left on reflection. I really should?ve said to the staff that I did not appreciate being misled when they booked me in as they seem to indicate that I had got the time wrong, even though they have clearly tried to call me beforehand to convince me to come in at a later time due to the issues.

I?ve been using this Specsavers for over 10 years and service has always been good however I?m not booking and don?t recommend anyone to book Sunday afternoon appointments! Optician was rushing, this was my son?s appointment at 3:45 pm. I asked and optician said he was going to double check if new prescription was covered or extra to pay. But Unfortunately he left without saying anything - I could see him doing the assessment as quickly as possible. But this surely is not good quality care!!

Optician areeba was exceptional very professional. The highlight of my visit was when I got my glasses . The person helping me ch n was professional, astute and tended to my needs very well
