“A big shopping mall located opposite Barking Station, has a number of (mainly independent) outlets across various levels .. was really quiet on the Saturday that I visited - probably it's like this throughout the week. I guess this is now going to require some major investment to the building (maybe even the area) to bring people back here - there are still leaks in the building, interior feels very dated, entrance/exit doors out of use and run down and generally gives off a ghost town or abandoned kinda vibe.If the fate of this is anything like what is happening to Barking station (development) this could actually become a thriving place again. Oh, and there is parking available which is charged at rates displayed.”
