All of there options on Uber eats were set as in stock, I put an order through, was accepted and cancelled. Did this a further 2 times and both had the same outcome.They need to out of stock their items on their Uber eats tablet if they don?t have them.

I went there at around 7am on 03/07/22. I am a crohns patient and am having a flare up and desperately needed the bathroom on my journey, I pulled in and ran in and asked the young worker on the till for the toilet. He first told me they don't have a toilet so I told him that I have a disability and really need the toilet even if its the staff one. He then told me that they don't have toilets for customers and it is only for staff, I literally begged him and said that I would pay however much he wants but I really need the loo. I reiterated constantly that I have a medical problem and that I am disabled. He didn't care and just told me that the staff toilet is blocked and that I should drive a couple of miles to the 2nd exit on the A13 to shell as they may have a toilet there. Being in excruciating pain I didn't want to spend more time talking so I left and made ways to shell. Unfortunately being as distressed as I was and trying to drive there didn't go very well as I scraped two of my alloy wheels and damaged my tyre. Quite obviously I didn't make it to the shell petrol garage. I will be taking this as far as possible. If someone is clearly that distressed then clearly the humane thing to do is to allow them use but this boy decided to show his authority and be difficult and make my life that little bit harder than it already is. I will not let this go and will make sure BP is held accountable.
