Poor service staff is rude even they think they own Costa if you took 4 sugar they take away whole box I never see this kind of bullshit service. They judge people by their look specifically staff name Darren worst one. Even I can give them 0 star when I ask about manage no one bother

I had a truly frustrating experience at Shell fuel Station today. I went to use the vacuum to clean my car. Firstly I see cash only notice on the machine. To my surprise, I was told by the staff working in the till can?t give me cash back to use air and vacuum. Any way managed to give her cash and got some coins. I started using the vacuum as the suction was very low and I been inside looking for someone to help me as it was not working properly. Staff named Rooban came out and checked it by that time it was turned off. Firstly I didn?t ask him for refund and I told him I will insert the coins again and he can check what is wrong with it and I can start using it. He started blaming me as I ruined the machine and despite he was very rude to me from the beginning.
As a loyal customer, I?ve never encountered such poor service at any gas station before. It?s disappointing to feel like my business isn?t valued just because I wanted to use a basic service that should be available to all customers. I won?t be returning to this location again and highly recommend the management reevaluate their customer service policies.

Unfortunately, I have experienced all the bad reviews mentioned here, but have never bothered to review this place luckily my gps google reviews app tracks the time and date I visited so I will be leaving detailed reviews.
First of all why hasn?t the staff especially the guy seen on the photos at the other reviews, were I experienced the same thing as the other reviewers still have a job position at the night shift.
Secondly the ladies during the day shifts always seem to have an excuse with Amazon returns! They give the same two excuses either the printer hasn?t been working for the last 2 weeks or the app hasn?t been working for the last 2 weeks. Which was the reason that triggered me leaving all the bad reviews I have encountered over the last 3-4 years. as I try not to leave bad reviews but the consistency of the bad customer services at this branch has left me with no choice.
This service problems and textbook answers or unprofessional confrontations are encountered by other victims when a victim ask for an explanation. here suggest to me that this is a family or some sort of related staff work at this branch including the manger owner of this franchise.
No I'm not racist but clearly majority shell staff are Sri Lankan I wonder why this is.
I strongly suggest a petition or protest to get rid of these problems as the owner has probably not addressed these issues as the same group of staff are still working here, that shows that they are not able to improve or manage an adequate action against there staff this only suggests there is a big Sri Lankan conspiracy.
I mean the amount of time and petrol I have wasted to visit this station for my Amazon returns surely the manage needs to be held accountable for this and all the other victims that have and continue face at this branch!

EV chargers out of order very often.Sometimes days in a row. Staff never able to answer when will they be fixed.
Info never updated online, so you need to call them and ask if available... It's a hit and miss.
2 stars only because when they work , they work good and also free WIFI

I am profoundly disappointed with the highly unprofessional experience I had at this establishment. The employee at the counter displayed an appalling level of arrogance and abusive behaviour towards us. Initially, I was informed that only cash payments were being accepted. However, I soon observed the same employee accepting card payments from other customers, which was both inconsistent and unfair.
During our late-night visit, I was asked to pay in cash up front, which I complied with without issue. The problem arose when the employee allowed the pump to exceed the prepaid amount. It is entirely unethical and unacceptable that after payment had been made, the pump did not stop at the correct amount, clearly indicating an attempt to charge me more than agreed.
While I fortunately had enough cash to cover the additional amount, it became evident that this was a deliberate scam. When I requested a receipt, the employee initially refused, further exacerbating the situation. Their behaviour escalated when, without justification, they called the police, falsely reported my vehicle, and proceeded to take photographs of my car using their personal device (iPad). This blatant invasion of privacy and misuse of personal equipment is utterly unacceptable and unprofessional.
It is disheartening to witness such egregious conduct from a representative of a multinational organisation. I strongly urge management to investigate this matter thoroughly and take swift corrective action, as such behaviour severely tarnishes the company?s reputation and highlights a worrying lack of customer service standards.
I sincerely hope that there is responsible management in place to address this serious issue appropriately and ensure that the right actions are taken

clueless, thief and unprofessional lady staff from shell Barking.
used their vacuum machine paid once machine didn?t work asked staff to help she goes try again i paid 2nd time and still the same issue i asked her what?s the issue and she goes i don?t know either and she refused to give money back and behaved so rude and unprofessional.

Clueless ,Thief and arrogant lady staff and refused to give money back when their machine charged me for no service. When I asked her she said she doesn?t know either why and what?s really happened.
Shell should really consider decent and professional staff who knows the job and manners how to handle and speak to their customers.
Ppl really should ignore to come Shell ( Barking ).
