Totally dissapointing, rude and disrespectful people. I was in a rush to buy a deodorant and when I arrived at cashier, one was busy, but other two women (cashiers) were not polite to help me buy it, they were laughing with another guy, ignoring totally their customers. I asked when it came my turn the the other one, how much is the deodorant and said, 2.45. I gave her 3 pounds and she gave me 1 pence back. It is not a fortune but just the thing to do it for a purpose is just very disrespectful. Is not a mistake, let?s be clear. I went inside to give them the receipt and the one pence back saying thank you, and the guy said that they can give me the money back, but I didn?t wanted anymore as they were already rude, and one of the women said ? why did you came back in this case?? Well, to show you your lack of common sense and manners by doing this kind of things. It is a shame! I do not recommend this shop to anyone. You will never have this experience in an english shop.

I like Savers for some of the bargains and used to frequent the shop regularly. This particular store is always very busy, a good thing for the company, a bad thing for the punter. They have either one or two staff serving when there are multiple tills for busy times. This extra tills are not used as profit over customer care.I went in today and low and behold massive queue and one person on the till. So I put my basket down and walked out. You say customers are out priority and tick all the things you do to make this but the reality is there are never enough staff so never mind.I got my goods elsewhere.

Shop is always well stocked and of course that means more bargains to be had. The only downside to this is the lack of staff on tills. When it gets busy the queues start to trail down the aisles and on a few occasions it has made me put my stuff back and walk out. 4 stars instead of 5 for this

I love this place as I managed to get my favourites Toothpaste there when no one else was selling it. Has brilliant offers on plug ins and air freshener units. Very good for cut price perfumes.. Branded ones.. I love this store. Staff usually very friendly in every store.

I have to add this due to extremely poor customer service in Barking store. Normally quite happy with being able get my items from this store and normally never have a problem. So would give 5 stars. However customer service in the store is shocking. Staff members (a lady named JO) mumbling under their breath to each other about other customers in store (all of this in front of lots of other customers). Unhelpful supervisor who said she could not print a copy of a receipt. When in store there are many notices everywhere saying if you Don?t have a receipt ask a member of staff. This is not customer service and not how you talk to people. NOT PROFESSIONAL.
