Avoid at all costs, the worst Premier Inn I have ever stayed at! Nothing Premier about it!The hotel is seriously understaffed, waited 2 hours for a prawn cocktail that doesn't even require cooking and when it came out the bread was stale! the whole restaurant were in uproar with everyone waiting over an hour, and a half, and everybody was freezing cold as there was no heating!Head Office seriously need to audit this Premier inn, they need one extra person in the kitchen and one extra person on the floor, absolute horrendous experience! This isn't the staffs fault, this is higher management not giving their workers extra resources...

Nice enough hotel, decent rooms, plenty of parking, the built in restaurant was good and the staff were friendly and helpful. Not far from the centre of London via car/train or bus.

Probably the worst Premier Inn I?ve stayed in. The corridor and the room (119) had an awful smell that forced me to leave the window open most of the day. Service in the hotel was almost none existent with staff complaining that they had to fulfil all roles (reception/bar/restaurant and sometime house keeping). Even the manager said they weren?t allowed anymore than 2 staff working.Food was okay, just a little under par from the normal. Location wise was great, disappointing to be charged for parking and it not be included within the booking.

This is a good hotel. Only i felt a little itchy on the bed. It wasn't because of the dirty sheets but chemicals which were used for washing them. It can get a little noisy because of bad isolation. Staff was helpful but the bad thing is that they get bad customers on the door.

This must be the worst premier inn I've ever stop in and I've stayed in quiet a few over the years this branch in barking dident care about my concerns. One was the parking charges and the other being that the place was run by three members of staff at one time ie one of which was the cook receptionist come waitress etc so if reception is busy There s no table service and viser versa ..I stop for one week as work in ilford area and it was mind blowing the time you had to wait for a meal after ordering and that's when there not busy over all if feel this is a staff issue ..more staff required...people beware parking charges are not included 6 pounds a night..there lot more to say ..it's not the staffs it the company. GIVE IT A WIDE BIRTH.. .rooms preaty clean could do with a bit of up dateing new dike grout and new toilet seat proper minging..ps keep moving in your sleep if not the heating will turn of if your not detected??Walkability: Nearby tesco if you need anythingFood & drinks: Food is really good when you do get it...keep to bottle drinks as draught is not nice pipes need cleaning if you want a good meal you have to upgrade every that's were they get you ..breakfast you never wait long as most I feel is prec cooked ie sausage bacon mushrooms.

Good VFM budget hotel in the Barking area of London, reasonable evening meal and excellent breakfast. Only let down slightly by not having enough staff to run the desk, the bar and the restaurant, but generally it was very good.Rooms: Only double beds appear to be available here, but the room and bathroom were clean and the bed was comfy.Food & drinks: Evening meal had some unavailable choices, but the breakfast was very good, only let down by no hot chocolate (it was very cold during our visit).

I have stayed in the hotel with my family I parked my in car in the parking .when I vacated the hotel came to parking my car was broken and someone try to break the car and try to stole. I reported to reception they dont bother they simply told me ring the police and make complaint. They refused to see the CCTV. How come it?s secure parking someone try to stole the car. Please don?t go there it?s not safe for you car. And even hotel will not take responsibility for that.

I had a very disappointing experience from the receptionist manager Karla when I checked in with my family for our holiday, she spoiled our day and She was so rude and she didn't know how to behave to the customer.

As a worker that travels and stays with premier inn at least 360 days a year this is by far the worst I have ever experienced. Where to start, restaurant is abysmal slow service burnt or raw food, reception slow and not particularly bothered. CLEANER ENTERED ROOM WHILE AT WORK AND STOLE £60 STAFF NOT BOTHERED, NEITHER WERE HEAD OFFICE. NOW A POLICE MATTER AVOID AT ALL COST STAY ELSEWHERE.

This Premier inn held a large family group for a funeral and when we came back from the wake, they allowed us to enjoy our time together in the bar. We were there until 5am, the last four stragglers! But they allowed us to just be. What an amazing group of staff. The rooms were perfect and the breakfast was delicious. Definitely recommend a visit here. Thank you ?
