they?re pretty much the same as most other pizza huts. the only difference is this one serves Halal meat which does do well for the area with a quite heavy muslim community

I order in uber eats and they gave me the wrong order, it is not the second time this happened. When I call them and tell them I can go pick up my order right and I?ll take the order they gave me the man on the phone in a rude way say there?s nothing they can do and bye and hang up the phone. So disappointed.

If there was a way I can give zero star I would. I paid £15.99 Big New Yorker and had this without cheese. Yet they served me something that was more than burnt absolutely disgusting. Even more so they tried the bull crap excuse of saying oh its because there no cheese so it burnt mate I have an allergy to cheese I have had cheeseless pizza for what over 10years and never has it been burnt like so. Even more so my mom used to be the manager of the Pizza Hut branch in West Bromwich and never had a pizza been burnt to such a standard even without cheese so I'm sorry pizza hut but this is shambolic shameful and no wonder Domino's and other pizza joints be doing better than you Heck any Italian that will see this pizza will cry from how badly brunt it is. Heck and even impressive feat though there actual burnt holes in the slices which are perfectly shaped.
Vegetarian options: Because no matter what they do they will burn it and then say oh you can have a refund or eat like I ordered because I want to eat the food I paid for like come on
Dietary restrictions: Yeah if you have a cheese allergy like me and can't eat it. So you need a cheeseless pizza this isn't your place because they will burnt it and not give a damn and then say oh its because the pizza had no cheese so it's burnt like I'm sorry last I checked a base sauce is a base sauce and cheese is a toping so now without this topping all pizzas will burn is that what they are saying
Kid-friendliness: Wouldn't know because I would never bring my children here ever not trying to serve them burnt ass food
Wheelchair accessibility: Wouldn't even put a disabled person through the torture of waiting for their food only to have it burnt to kingdom come and then have poor customer service topped with it

Today, I tried pizza at Pizza Hut in Barking. I placed an order, but the staff member named Alam added the wrong toppings and placed them all on one side of the pizza. Additionally, the quantity of toppings was very low, possibly due to the promotional offer on the pizza.
