When you come to the salon, you feel guilty for coming. It's hard to talk on the phone, it's hard to talk to hairdressers, you have to wait until they finish talking on the phone to be served.Solariums cannot be cleaned under a person, you have to do it yourself.God forbid you ask how to use the solarium, it won't help to show, if you don't understand you'll call. In that sense, I'm going to cry naked, asking for someone to explain? There is no obvious start button.It is interesting how the owners employ a person who represents the whole image of the salon.

Joannda, very rude and unprofessional woman. Doesn?t do her job proper. Very arrogant attitude. Talking on the phone while cutting my hair? Isn?t this stupid. Talking bad things about me to her colleagues without knowing that we have similar words to my language and I can understand her. The stylist Aliona is very rude and had awful attitude to me like a customer.She talked very unrespectfully without any reason, I felt myself very humiliated.It shouldn't be so.It's not professional. Maybe,in the USSR ,from whereshe is from,it's ok,but here,in London,in Europe,where a Person should feel free and dignant,it's not ok.I wouldn't recommend Aliona to anyone.She gave offensive comments as for my hair,though I didn't ask her, pulled my hair and made very hurt,when I told her about this,she didn't even apologize and continued to do it.Aliona Was more concerned with her,not with a customer(me).Besides,she took Photos of my hair without asking my permission and answered me very rude,when I ask,what for did she do that.When I left this hairdresser,I felt awful and disappointed.I have never had such visiting of salon.Service: Hairstyling
