Robita was a lady having a very rude behavior and without listening to me, she was explaining something which was not my question and then just tried to kick me out and when I said, I would be leaving you a bad review, she was yes please go for it.Natwest you really need to train to get well trained Staff.I was there to open a new account and to give you guys the business.

40 mins in queue and still waiting, reckon in another 20 mins to wait. Only 1 cashier working. Terrible, I think they do this on purpose to deter customers from coming in, not everything can be done online

This branch certainly need more counters. Customer need at least 30 mins to 45 mins to get things done. No complaints about staff at all, they are lovely.
