Mercylink in Cambridge care was very disappointing, the carer was very uninterested in helping or caring for the patient and often left early, medication ran out numerous timesfamily had to come and do all that the carer was meant to do , I wouldn?t recommend this company to anyone

Never arrive on time, regularly different people each visit, no continuity of care. Care package totally wrong for client. Made to feel second best because Social Services paying for care.

Carers spend as little time as is possible with clients, up to 15 minutes for a 30 minute paid slot (this apparently includes travel to the next client which is why they drive so slowly). The drivers have no respect for other road users often blocking access and making other drivers move out of THEIR way!!!On a couple of occasions the driver has been caught on cctv having left his car to urinate behind garages on our street. Absolutely disgusting.
