Went in recently when shop keeper and one his colleagues or pals or family were screaming shouting about something shop keeper is some new young guy he doesn?t know how to speak to people with respect speaks to them with arrogant tone talking down to them one day if he Carries on doing this their might be trouble with one of the customer snaps at him just person who works their needs to go on course on people skills on how to speak to customers and not be unprofessional shoutout with his friends or family

One guy on a Sunday said I couldn?t send my Evri/Hermes parcel and lied to me saying if he tried it would signal his boss. He said only after 10am he can do it.Then my neighbour went there 8:30am and was able to send it. I don?t appreciate being lied to and experiencing poor service.If you don?t want to do it just say so then to lie about it!
