I visited Lloyds bank today .I felt so different I must say .security officer was so welcoming helped me over the deposit machine.Helping every single customer over the machine & directing people to right place & He is so professional & calm . He always offer a chair to my mom as she was standing in a que . He is really a gem guy must say . That?s how security should be. Thanks Lloyds for governing us such a nice service.
