One or two of my Mums carers are very attentive and caring. The rest of them should be working elsewhere.Half of them don?t talk to my Mum. Caught one yesterday leaving after 5 minutes.Clocked in for an hour! Mum just phoned me upset because the carer had been asleep with her feet up on the sofa.It?s nearly daily that I call to complain .Half don?t think they need to write in the log book,I can see why your care rating is low!
