This KFC is unbelievably slow. I had to wait 20 minutes just for one wrap! KFC is supposed to be a fast-food restaurant, but the service here is anything but fast. This isn?t the first time it?s happened either?it?s always the same. The staff needs to be quicker because this kind of delay is not normal for KFC. Very disappointing.

Two burnt wraps uncovered when taken home smh Barking! Staff are slow and terrible, at least have the decency to get one right. Get a new manger all he does is sit in kfc and watch football matches,do your job. I could do a better job.
I will be taking legal action if this matter is not resolved to my standard.

It used to be okay, but recently the food quality has taken a turn for the worse. I consistently spend over £30 on large family sized buckets, and more than twice now, there hasn?t been a single leg piece in a bucket with more than 10 pieces. The size of the chicken pieces is almost equivalent to that of a wing. Initially, I thought it was just a one-off poor batch, but after visiting three more times, I found the chicken pieces are still incredibly small, no bigger than a wing from another standard chicken shop AND no leg pieces. I won?t be buying from this store again.

I have purchased from here on several occasions, however, the last 2 times, including today, the chicken smelled like urine, which could indicate that it is rotten. Please, for the safety of your customers, ensure that your food is safe for consumption. Personally will not buy here or any other location again, because I experienced this at the Barkingside location as well just last week.

To whoever this may concern,
Chicken was undercooked I informed the employee, they had dealt with the situation in a very rude manner, saying ?what should I do about it? to me. This had further ruined my experience. I strongly believe some employees here are not trained to standards. Customer service poor, health and safety of the store questionable, very dirty. As an individual who also works in the food industry, it is easy to identify that staff are not being trained properly and this may be providing me and maybe others a bad image of KFC Barking.

I honestly don?t know where to start. I?ve always enjoyed KFC, but my recent experience was a total disaster. The chicken I got was dry and tasteless. It looked like it had been sitting out for hours before being served. Not only was the chicken tough and rubbery, but it was also cold and completely unappetizing. Even the chips were old. I?ve had better fast food chicken from places that aren?t even in the same league as KFC. I expected much higher quality from a brand I?ve trusted for years. This experience was a complete letdown. I won?t be coming back unless something changes. Terrible service, terrible food. I wouldn?t recommend it for anybody.

We recently visited the KFC in Barking and had a generally positive experience. The food was delicious, as expected from KFC, and the environment was clean and well-maintained. We decided to try the Christmas meal deal, which was a great choice. The chicken was cooked perfectly, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. The sides, including the festive items, complemented the meal nicely. The seating area was spacious and comfortable, offering a pleasant atmosphere for a meal with friends or family.
However, our experience was slightly marred by the staff's uncooperative attitude. When we asked for ketchup and mayo, we were informed that they had run out, which seemed unusual. The staff member's response felt a bit dismissive, and it left us disappointed. We understand that sometimes supplies run low, but the lack of alternative options or any apology for the inconvenience was frustrating.
Despite this minor setback, the overall quality of the food and the clean, inviting environment made up for the less-than-ideal service. I would still recommend KFC Barking for a quick and tasty meal, but hope that the staff can be a bit more accommodating in the future. 4 stars.
