Avoid if you care about your car. My car was spotless before, but after using their wash it came out hardly clean and covered with multiple spots that look like paint damage. Very disappointed with the service and would not recommend.

Disappointed as I went there at 6pm and it was closed. App says closing time is 1900 hrs!
Are the staff not aware of company set closing time or the company couldn?t be bothered to update their app? Who needs to be corrected? Not good!

If you need a quick and urgent car wash to take the shame off you if you're going out, then this is the place to go and at a reasonable price!

I?ve used this car wash before, but the service has often left visible marks on my car, which isn?t acceptable. On my most recent (and final) visit, the automatic wash mechanism malfunctioned while my car was in neutral. It caused the car to move backward and part of the machinery struck it, dislodging the roof spoiler.
When I raised this with a member of staff, I was interrupted by someone identified as ?the boss?s son,? who rudely and falsely claimed that the damage was already there before my car entered the wash. That was clearly untrue as I would have noticed any prior damage, and the spoiler had never been hit before.
I asked for the CCTV footage to be reviewed, and it clearly showed the conveyor belt jerking backward at the moment the damage occurred. Another staff member, who was more professional, managed to click the spoiler back into place, but there are now scratches that weren?t there before.
The incident was badly handled, and the dismissive attitude from management was unacceptable. I won?t be returning.
