Very nice costumer service by felipa. Falipa is very experienced women and gave very good advice and help me to choose supplements for me. She is very friendly....will recommend to my friends to go to Barking Holland and Barrett branch.

Tanvir in the Barking branch went above and beyond to help me select B12 & Vit D supplements. He?s friendliness was 10/10, his knowledge was 10/10 and the check out process was 10/10. He gave be great advice on the supplement choices, advising which dosage was better. His banter and professionalism was the perfect balance. He made the whole experience at H&B 10/10. I literally walked out the shop laughing.

Wonderful experience. Store team was very helpful and attended to my needs. I had an issue with my knee and the manager took the time to help me with my request. Really good atmosphere in the building as I was welcomed with a smile.

I gave four stars ONLY due to the kind and polite staff BUT when it comes to the type of SECURITY presence at this particular branch-ZERO stars because upon entering the store I was immediately followed around the isles as if I had a target on my back with the guard staring suspiciously at me while I picked up packs of goods. He was standing at the door of the store when I entered but quickly ended up behind me in the isle. Note that other people entered soon after myself and he did NOT budge until he noticed that I entered the short queue to pay for my items only THEN he very slowly trailed back and returned to his original spot. Even when two ladies entered and moved about the store with packs in their hands walking in the SAME isle as I in before, I turned around to notice that he NEVER started trailing them the way he did me. Shopping should be comfortable and not make the customer feel discriminated against and he made me feel uneasy. I wonder it was about ME that made him believe that I was about to commit a crime?! When I compare what I look like compared to the others customers, I won't say it but you get what I mean! Security would be surprised who the real thieves and culprits of shoplifting are and it's NEVER who you suspect.

Had a great visit yesterday. Store manager AJ was really helpful and kind , also helped me find what I was looking for. Availability of items needs to improve but the service was really amazing.

I went in on the 6/11, and was immediately met AJ, the store manager who was really nice and helpful and then Tanvir who was also really nice at the till. All round exemplary service with a wide range of products. Will shop from here again.
