In 2020 they told me my rear brake discs were at 7.5mm. In 2024 they told me the same discs were 9mm. Apparently discs get thinner over time, not thicker. They also lost my wheel locking nut. I arrived 20min late for a 0930 MOT & service. My mistake and I admitted this upon arriving at the branch however the unhelpful arrogant staff member was completely unhelpful and rejected the job.
