“I first showed the picture of the haircut I wanted and they said they can. Then they gave me a little long cut and asked if it was okay. I didn't like it. Then I said I want it exactly as shown in the picture. Then the main hairdresser is Oslo, I don't know his name but he is a gentleman. It was cut exactly as I wanted. I was very upset when I came home because my long hair had become short and I couldn't understand the real hair cut. Then I was a little angry and thought that I will not go to this salon again.
