Last week i went to get my freebie as i am vegetarian person i have a free vegan roll or pork sausage so i asked one of the lady with curly hairs that can i please have vegan she said we don't have as its finished so i asked her to give my any other vegetarian option as i am vegetarian person she was rude and refused it's finished its your fault not the customer fault that you don't have vegan and she should learn some customer service skills if they don't have they should offer the customer some other vegetarian option worst service i got that day. Doesn't matter its freebie or i paid most of the time i am coming here to buy stuff but the lady was so harsh towards me.

Usually have a fine experience except for when there's bad service. The lady serving me was extremely blunt and clearly couldn't be bothered to serve me. I asked if they had any non-dairy milks and that seemed to annoy her. I'm very sorry if I'm lactose intolerant, love. Do better!

Had an extremely bad encounter here yesterday involving both staff and customers forming an offence against me and my two other friends. To start my friend had asked for a sweet chilli sauce and was given a rude toned response and was told there was none but someone else had asked and was given two. The more offensive parts come after this where me and my friends were sat down having our Greggs in peace and a mother and daughter were sat as well as another lady speaking extremely loudly and obnoxiously Had an extremely bad encounter here yesterday involving both staff and customers forming an offence against me and my two other friends. say ? It?s so loud in here for ***** sake?. Bear in mind it was just me and my friends and them in the shop. Also the lady, mother and daughter and person at the till were all talking and laughing aloud so there was no reason for them to say that. Making matters worse when we were about to leave the lady at the till goes ? YES? so loudly for us to hear and the other two ladies laughed it off. This doesn?t sit right with me at all and I can?t believe that a worker like that could even be hired in the first place as we knew this was all directed to us which is all unnecessary. On top of this you do nothing to keep the shop secure and customers have to view the shop being stolen from which i feel unsafe about.

Super rude lady , don?t even know how to talk with customer. She was keep accusing for one item and even we ask her to check the camera but she didn?t bothered. Such a sham she is working for public but no manners at all.

Staff are friendly when it's not busy

I actually had to make a formal complaint against this branch because they were selling unsealed Yum Yums. When I brought it up in the store, the staff were extremely defensive and dismissive, insisting that Yum Yums have never been sealed. Greggs took my complaint seriously and even gave me a voucher, though they did maintain that Yum Yums aren't typically sealed in the box. Interestingly enough, I've since returned and found that the Yum Yum boxes are now sealed. Comical, really.
Despite my earlier gripes, I?ve been back and experienced relatively pleasant interactions with the staff, so I wanted to add that for the sake of fairness.

It?s good for quick bite but sandwich not delicious like it?s was used too.

It wasn't the cleanest Greggs I've been to but the service was nice although, the pasties were not even warm, and they did not offer to be warmed up.
