A complete thug is working in Barking Eurocarparts. Today 15 July 2021 Thursday, I went there to buy aircon cleaner in the morning before 9 am. There was no queue. I just saw two customers were just waiting for their items on the customer waiting area side. I saw aircon cleaners on the shelf and picked up 4 brands of aircon cleaner to check their prices at the till. An African young guy was sitting alone there covering his mouth and nose with a big green and black colour check scarf, not a proper mask of a normal person. I went to him and said, please check the prices. He was moving so slowly and took so long to check and tell me just one brand price. Then I said please check the other three brands. He said angrily which one do you want? I said I need to know their prices first, then I?ll decide, I need four. He made a sound of annoyance with his mouth. Apparently, he?s just annoyed to check the prices.
He again was taking so long checking the prices. Then in the middle of that one of their staff came and asked the guy in the till something, the guy stopped checking the price and started talking to the other staff. And then he rushed inside leaving me in the front. I was just astonished to see this kind of customer service! He came back and I said, you can?t leave me like this without telling me anything, while you?re in the middle of serving me. He said Yes, I can. I said, is it written anywhere in Eurocarparts that you can leave customers like this? He said where it is written you ask me that, ?HUH?? and saying that he was coming to my face! I was just speechless, I?ve never seen a customer service person behaves like a street thug! How come in London a customer service staff can do all these to a customer! and scare customers with his behavior standing just on the other side of the till. I did not want to prolong it, that?s why I just quietly showed 1 brand and said I want 3 of them and the receipt. He just kind of snatched the 20-pound note from my hand. I asked politely May I know your name? He did not answer my question! He returned the change, got the receipt from the printer, signed it arrogantly and gave it to me. I drove about 30 minutes to work after that incident. I feel so upset being an old person insulted by a young guy who?s not even half of my age (I guess). Now I am in my office, and the time is 11 am now but still I can?t forget today?s customer service behavior at Eurocarparts. I am a regular customer of Eurocarparts and I like their products and always recommend them to my friends and family. But the behavior of today?s customer service guy made me really upset. I did not expect that behavior in London, at least from my favorite Eurocarparts.

My mechanic advised me of the car part I needed to buy to repair my car. I brought the part from the Romford branch then returned it today to the barking branch as upon looking at it he advised it wasn?t the correct part. I called the barking branch ahead of time to see if I could return the part to them as I work around the corner I was told yes just bring your receipt. I did this and the man in the shop was disgusting rude! The man and woman told me I could not return the part with a receipt I needed an invoice as well! I did not receive an invoice when I brought this item! I showed him my paper receipt and my email receipt! I was then told the part I was returning was not the part pictured in the email receipt!! Which it was!?!??? I have know idea what he was talking about!!!! I brought an engine pressure switch and returned the same unused engine switch the next day!!! He then pushed the card reader in front of me and said ?here take ur refund?. I just came to return my car part with my proof of purchase as I did not need the item in the end. And I was treated like some criminal for doing so! I had my newborn baby with me and felt incredibly uncomfortable. I don?t know what he was trying to imply! What a disgustingly rude ignorant weird employee you have in ur store. First time I?ve used euro car parts and will be the last!!!! Awful company makes women feel very uncomfortable!!!!!!!!!

Don?t order from this store they don?t want to answer the phone if by mistake they pick up your call then they will leave you on hold for 10 minutes then you have to disconnect the call your self if you go after 5pm they will tell you come back tomorrow I order day before received an email collection tomorrow after 4:30 went their to pick up my order been told come tomorrow disgusting customer service .

Staff answers and puts the phone down straight away when busy. No wonder so many companies go into administration. The staff don't care about customer or their own jobs. I suppose I should buy online from GSF or another company like Amazon. What a shame. I won't buy from them again, my dignity is worth more.

Terrible store as there's nowhere to park. I drove here to get a few parts, the car park was overflowing with cars double-parked everywhere, and there are double yellow lines on the road outside, so you cannot park there either. It's a car parts shop where you can't park a car lol

For this branch do not order any click and collect they do not process refunds for items missing when you are collecting instead they mark it down as collected and put them back on the shelf ridiculous.

It used to be quiet good place to buy parts. But whenever u go to pickup parts, there are no parking spaces and it's all taken by their delivery vans. If u park anywhere else gemini parking mafia will stick a 60£ pcn fine and chase u to the end of the earth. So deserves a zero star. If u don't have parking, why run a business for car parts. Speak to the goons from gemini or your business will be go elsewhere.

All these car shops are the same, they have no interest in serving the public. I've waited 15 mins to pick up a single bulb because there's one person serving a line of 10 people. The only upside is that they have multiple tills, so at times it can be quicker.

Absolutely poor service. The staff member at this branch is completely incapable of basic maths. First, he falsely claimed that the return policy was 30 days, when in fact, the official Euro Car Parts website clearly states it is 60 days. Then, despite my purchase being well within the 60-day period, he dishonestly and incorrectly insisted that I was over the limit. Completely unacceptable.
Update: Went to the Bow store and they processed a successful return
