Be careful when you?re ordering a new sim plan or something with ?Rizwan? he signed my partner up to a sim plan that included a new wifi subscription under the pretence of saving money, failed to explain this properly and demanded we showed up a few weeks later in store to cancel the plan. Upon returning he was extremely rude and borderline aggressive to ensure that she didn?t mention anything about this whilst on the phone to customer services. We ran the risk of being disconnected by our existing wifi provider for this!!

Customer service is very rude the guy with bald hair he don?t know how to speak with customer he doesn?t know how to treat with women customers he is very rude this is second time happening with me with same guy

When u go to EE store in high street be careful they will cheat you all staff they don?t no how to speak with customers one of the staff fraud with me I just went to buy phone but they gave me Lenovo tab m8 4th generation with phone and told me it?s free of cost I did not charge you but every month charge me £20. When I see the bill then I know tab was not free. Y should I pay he was offering me u can take watch, play station etc. I said no I don?t want anything else I can?t pay even I speak with managerManager told me I don?t know speak with staffYou should ask with customer what he want!
