Great selection of cards for all occasions. Staff always friendly with a smile. On my latest visit (Saturday 7th September) was greeted by the lovely Patricia.

Well where do I start... Firstly, the staff member that helped me was called Austin. Very friendly, professional and very helpful. His customer services was so on point that I had to leave a review regarding him. He gave the Best Customer Service I've had in a long time and I was shocked it was in your store to be fair. He needs to be praised or at least highlighted to him to say the least. I've visited the Barking branch several times since and it's purely because of Austin's customer service. Genuine lovely fella, that if he isn't a manager already then he should be, so he teach others to perform to their best abilities too.Thanks for putting a smile on my face Austin, and for making my shopping experience a very positively good one. 10/10
