I have had consistently negative experiences with this pharmacy. The staff are unhelpful, dismissive, and often outright rude?especially towards younger customers. On top of this, I have previously been given the wrong medication, which is incredibly dangerous and unacceptable. I have also been subjected to attempts to be overcharged. The unprofessional attitude and lack of basic respect make what should be a simple, supportive service feel stressful and unpleasant.

Staff are incredibly rude, dismissive and unwilling to do their jobs. They consistently lie directly to your face saying they ? haven?t gotten your prescription yet ? or they ? just got it in that day ? even after being texted multiple days prior that the prescription is ready for pick-up. I have never personally had a positive experience in this pharmacy and it?s clear from the reviews and the other people I see in there complaining I?m not the only one. It?s absolutely disgusting the way they treat customers and it?s beyond me how they have been allowed to get away with it for so long. They once laughed at my mother who relies heavily on medication to survive, and told her ? she?ll live a couple more days without her medication ? because they couldn?t be arsed to do their job. It?s absolutely vile and something desperately needs to change.

Really bad customer service at the prescription counter. The lady spoke to other customers in passive aggressive manner and ask customers to say the long drug name rather than reading from the prescription letter when it was handed over. Went across the street to Superdrug instead and immediately greeted by much better service.

I was not registered my advantage card then i asked for help. They didn?t help me and ask me for cancel purchase. She was very rude with me.

Went to get some medicated olive oil and spoke to a gentleman who pointed in the direction of the counter as I couldn't see it asked the lady who was wearing a mask and all she did was to shake her head
Disgusting service, totally different service at suoerdrug so helpful they took me to the shelf where the item was
If boots staff are going to be like this then you will loose my custom
Your staff needs to remember that customers
Will vote with your feet.
I will think twice about coming back poor customer service

Unbelievable customer service ! I just asked an English lady with brownish/hazelnut hair colour, about finding a product I couldn?t find, And she blatantly ignored me without even looking at me ! Extremely rude and unprofessional. Wondering how these people get jobs

Went in to purchase a perfume however ended up shopping at another perfume store nearby. I asked a staff member where the fragrance stand was located and was told it was downstairs and no lift available. I had a sleeping 5 month baby in the buggy so didn?t even bother. Not convenient at all. Usually order online however went into store especially to smell the scent.

The shop is ok but it is so dark you could just about see what your buying. Please change bulbs or replace lights.
because its barking no need to be in that condition all other boots stores i have been in seems to be nice and bright.

Walked into the store at 5:30pm today to purchase a cough syrup which they hold on the shelves behind the counter and the staff member serving told me that the area is closed and she can?t sell them to me. As far as I?m aware, Boots operates as a pharmacy and cannot even have their doors open if there isn?t a pharmacist available in the building. So I?m really confused as to why a PHARMACY can ?close? a set of shelves while it?s still open and operating. I went to Superdrug a few doors down and the same cough syrups were available to pick up and purchase so I did just that.

Worst boots i have ever been too, not my first time having such rude experience from this boots, employees could careless about anything, having her own conversation with other employee?s. on my recent visit i asked a staff if they had a product i was looking for she straight up said no, i went to another employee asking if she can check if theres any other store that has it, without even looking it up she said no, and that she has never heard of that brand (boots online has it) i asked her if its possible to check she said to check myself online, ( theres no feature which tells me if any store has it i can only do click and collect to any store) ive always encountered rude employees every time i came to this boots, i rather travel to another boots then come here again. Would recommend avoiding this boots, customer service needs to be improved

Rude, and careless, especially the 2 black ladies in the Pharmacy, I believe Thomas Pharmacy is much better than Boots Pharmacy

The pharmacy staff are very rude, they don?t even care if you are standing in line for hrs, they seem like they are forced to work there, I wonder if I could write to the head office of Barking Boots regarding this issue.
