So called advanced plumbing and heating out to try to get my hot tub working.A man called Andy attended and he was very prompt,as soon as I opened my door he had he?s card up which I find straight away puts your mind at rest, he was very polite and respectful to my property as well as very knowledgeable . run a takeaway business and was having serious issues with my tandoor oven constantly cutting off. I initially contacted my usual gas engineer, but unfortunately he let me down three days in a row.
I then went on Google and came across Advanced Plumbing and Heating Services, and I?m very glad I did. From the first phone call, Andrew was welcoming, professional, and reassuring. He clearly explained what he would do and gave me an upfront cost before even visiting the takeaway, which I really appreciated. I agreed to book him for the next day.
True to his word, Andrew arrived on time and got straight to work. While fixing the tandoor oven, he explained step by step what had gone wrong and what parts he was changing, which showed great knowledge and transparency. Once the job was completed, the payment was exactly as agreed?no surprises.
Andrew?s professionalism is outstanding. I highly recommend Andrew and his team at Advanced Plumbing and Heating Services. You will not be disappointed.

I called Andrew in a moment of desperation. I purchased a brand new bakery production from the EU line, and one of the ovens was dead. Being less than one week away from opening, I couldn't count on the service or warranty.
I've made the call Saturday morning, and I was lucky enough when Andrew, one of the owners, answered.
He was on his way to Glasgow, but he assured me that on his way back on Monday, he would come straight to my shop. He actually advised me to agree with the Monday visit, although he could easily send me one of his engineers and charge me a higher rate.
Monday after, after a very long journey, he popped into my shop, and in less than 2 hours, my oven was working.
Amazing job, amazing person. I would definitely recommend him. Thank you again!

2nd time I?ve used these guys for a EMERGENCY call out and they?ve been spot on with diagnosing and fixing the issue with our rational cooker. I've got an emergency main tap water tap was broken. Sent requests and called few agencies but no one replied. Andrew from Advanced Heating has helped me out many times over the years it was late Friday afternoon 6 pm. He answered the phone and talk me through some technical wiring problems that got the boiler up and running in no time at all
