Very disappointed service!!!I have order some timber and i recived a day after delivery day.When i call back to ask what happen one of the reception say a story another one different story Very disappointed!!!After i done another order cuz my guy give me a small size of timber so i pay again my order and it's pass more than 2 weeks time and i return the first order and still i not recive the money back.Very disappointed about customer service!!!!I will be back soon ro them to see where my money is???

The reason of my negative review are disappointing customer service on the desk. Lying with pricing that why i did cancel order and left branch so upset! Do not recommending shopping at this branch and if do check before using contactless or chip and pin card machine.

Large store, queuing is a bit slow and backwards.You arrive, park up, queue, then need to get a slip of your order and go collect your items and come queue again??Took me 25min just to get one item as I had to get it from outside and they were not excessively busy.

Always find the staff very friendly willing to help they always seem to have what you're looking for if they don't have it in the store it normally doesn't take them long
