Decent customer care, the supervisor refunded faulty item without quibble, thereby earning the five star review, an altogether pleasant shopping experience. Menswear selection quite minimal compared to other TKMaxx stores in London.

Yes. You can buy there good quality plastic bag for shoes, and shoes obviously as well . Very nice, and very red bag ??

I've bought clothes here and tried them on and it's been all good. I'm leaving this review specifically for the young guy working on 21st July this year. I went in with an emergency, it was my wedding day and I took my suit jacket out only to realise that the store I bought it from (which wasn't TK Maxx by the way) had left the security tag in. TK Maxx is the nearest store to my house so I went in to see if they could remove it. The guy saw me in the queue and mentioned that I looked like I was in a rush and asked if everything was OK. I explained my issue and without hesitating he removed the tag, told me it was a nice suit and sent me on my way with his congratulations. Having been a little worried he'd tell me to show a receipt or send me to the shop I got the suit from it was a massive relief. Great customer service.

TK max is a good place to shop for various items from clothes, shoes to utility items. The original advert says - "famous brand names at a low price" This is what made TX Max famous bur due to many reasons the prices a quite high and as as a result has lost many customers. Otherwise, the quality of their items are good

One of my favourite TK Maxxes in the area. It is much smaller than in Brixton, but much more quite, much more clean and I can find nice things more often then somewhere else. I specially like here the handbad department, the bags are nice here! Great kitchen department too. I also often buy some clothes here. This shop is also in a nice area, some good restaurants in Balham, Waitrose next door, big Sainsburry (no clothes), organic food store on the same street. Easy access from public transport (Balham underground and Balham Train Station).

Having been to lots and lots and lots of different branches I'd give this one a 4. It's a bit of a compact branch and as such the homeware section is much smaller than normal with a few types of product (such as home decorations) missing altogether. The menswear section had clothes put under the wrong signs, I assume the store was reorganised but staff didn't have time to change signage. Store was clean and tidy and, considering the size of the store, the range wasn't bad. I'd recommend Clapham or even Tooting as slightly larger and better stocked.

Nothing I wanted today. Too much crammed too tightly on rails.Looking for plain cashmere socks today ......nothing.Very disappointed in sportswear selection. They used to good but not now.

This TK Maxx is on Balham Main Road, well stocked with range of different clothing, bags, shoes only popped in, out of curiosity, bought lingerie and cargo pants. Opposite Boots.
