I really liked the welcome at the restaurant. I come from France and this is the second time I have eaten here in London. The food and the staff are very helpful. I recommend it.

I had a fantastic experience at Nando?s! The food was delicious as always, but what really stood out was the service. Juppe was absolutely excellent ? super friendly, attentive, and made us feel genuinely welcome. It's not every day you come across someone who clearly enjoys what they do and goes the extra mile for customers. Thank you, Juppe, for making our visit even more enjoyable. We'll definitely be back!

We were served by a young lady called joppe she was very kind and made sure our food was severed promptly. This was important for us being athletes. Went the extra mile by getting us water glasses with straws

Simon and Zeno are the best! We had an unexpected situation during our recent visit to Nando's when our niece suddenly felt unwell and was sick on the floor. It was an embarrassing moment for us, but we were blown away by the kindness and professionalism of the staff especially Simon and Zeno the managers on duty.
Instead of making us feel awkward or uncomfortable, they were incredibly understanding, compassionate, and genuinely happy to help. They reassured us that it was absolutely okay and swiftly took care of everything with no fuss at all. What really touched us was that they even offered us fresh food to take home as a takeaway, which was such a thoughtful and generous gesture.
It?s not every day you experience this level of empathy and care from a restaurant team, and we?re truly grateful. Thank you, Simon and team, for turning what could have been a stressful situation into a reminder of how wonderful people can be. We?ll definitely be back soon, not just for the great food, but because of the fantastic people who work there!

I had such a great experience at Nando?s today, all thanks to Joppe! She provided excellent service from start to finish,friendly, attentive, and professional. What really stood out was the lovely conversation we had she made the atmosphere warm and welcoming with her great energy and genuine interest. Plus, her lovely smile brightened the whole experience!

I went to Nando?s with my friend on Friday evening, between 5pm-6pm, first a man closed the door in our face & claimed to have not seen us. Then no one was at the door hosting, the place also claims they can?t do peri-tamer but all other Nando?s do it. Moreover the food wasn?t fresh and hot when we received it and the space in the shop is generally very small, the dividers take up so much space. Only person who was helpful & apologetic was the young girl who was new, didn?t catch her name.
