Paid more for an item but ended up getting something cheaper than what I paid for that isn?t apart of my order, check your food before leaving. How do you possible mess it up.

I keep trying to give this branch a chance but pointless as every time they let me down. Why is the food always left to back up and go cold? Staff always standing around chatting, no urgency. Yet again so many orders piled up and not being handed over to customers. One job, provide people with edible food. Not hard but seemingly impossible for this branch. Absolutely holding the manager responsible, either they don?t care or don?t know how to do their job

Not impressed.... order thru Uber Eats and at least 10 drivers went to collect then cancelled and after 90 mins waiting the order was cancelled. What a waste of my time.

Went to order at the self service and didn?t realise someone else was in front of me (I.e. a mistake, that individual then shoved me aggressively and was supported by an individual who I think was security.) Honest mistake on my part, don?t know why the aggressive individual was justified by security??

The experience for me was very poor, as the waiting time to receive my food had gone beyond 15 minutes. When I had asked for assistance in how long it will take I had not received the right service at all. Would definitely not recommend to anyone. Additionally, when I had received my food it was very very cold, not good enough. The managers had not been doing their work properly at all, at times there were no managers even on the shop floor during busy times!

I?ve visited my local McDonalds several times now, with each experience being just as good as the last. The management have everything running perfectly without compromising on customer experience. I particularly enjoy going here as all the staff carry a great sense of humour without loosing their attention to detail. McDonald?s should use the staff at there Balham branch as a bench mark for others.
Thanks again to Manish, Ritesh, Sandip, Sujal, Varun and the rest of the team. Keep the great work up!

One of the worst McDonald?s I have ever been into. Courier drivers becoming aggressive and trying to shove you out of the way, total chaos in the ordering system. Won?t come here again. An utter mess and the reason people have stopped going to McDonald?s, with food taking ten plus minutes to turn up and delivery drivers treating the restaurant like it is their living room.
