I never leave reviews but I just had to comment on the lady working in Greggs today (3.11.23 at 4pm)? she was so lovely and smiley and we walked out feeling so happy!! We didn?t catch her name but we appreciate your amazing energy!

I asked a member of staff if they had any gluten free options, and was directed to the ?Vegan Mexican Chicken-Free Bake?. I reconfirmed with the staff that this was definitely gluten-free as I was doubtful. The lady then asked another staff member who came out to confirm that the bake was vegan, and therefore gluten free. I reminded her that gluten free does not mean vegan and asked if it contained wheat. I ended up having to check online to confirm the bake was NOT gluten free. Very disappointing to not know basic allergies in such a well known chain. Do better.Dietary restrictions: Poor dietary knowledge
