Very mediocre customer service. The staff were extremely arrogant, rude and very unprofessional. They don't say thank you after serving a customer, which is very unprofessional and act as if they are doing the customers a favour in spite of the expensive prices that they charge for their pizzas. But what really annoyed me was the fact that their pizza was awful, not the traditional, authentic Domino pizza that I used to enjoy. It wasn't even as good as the pizzas that I purchase from the local supermarkets and that's a shame. These people urgently need to improve their customer service and pizzas as the situation at the moment is not good enough.

No matter what time/day I go to this store the service is extremely slow. The lady either doesn't acknowledge you. Or asks you can you come back. The store is very under staffed.

The best Gluten Free pizzas I have had for many years. Perfect amount of toppings; arrived hot and in a timely fashion; lovely delivery lady. The Balham store will definitely be a weekly go to for me.

I was starving and ordered pizza for me and my family and asked for extra cheese and tomato sauce the pizza arrived but was not cooked well and they did not put extra cheese and I called them back they said that I have done your pizza for you with extra cheese and hang the phone on my face.
