The staff alone has made me stick to this one branch. They are friendly and polite quick efficient service? best coffee I would recommend this to any coffee lovers out there!

Lovely staff but always seems to be a group of school kids in the afternoon who sit without buying anything making lots of noise and play music which makes it very unpleasant for other customers. Not sure what they are up to!
Poor staff need some support to get them banned!

Nicola is an absolute pleasant guy ? Me and my friend went to drink coffee at Costco, Balham, and Nicola provided top-notch service from start to finish. ? Always kept us smiling! ? Thank you, Nicola! ?

WiFi is limited to 200kbps, making it effectively useless. Ice americano was okay but other places taste nicer.

Possibly the worst experience ever in a coffee shop. The person serving me struggled to keep a straight face. I believe due to my clean shaven face and practically openly mocked me whilst applying the milk I asked to go with my americano.

Fix your dam heaters & turn that down or off it?s boiling hot in there!!! and AIRCON doesn?t even WORK!!! I asked for them to turn it down and all I was told was that ?it?s been like that for years? can?t have a coffee in peace without not also getting burned while sitting down inside.
Keep the doors open at least.

Costa is the with out shadow of a doubt the most inferior, massively overrated coffee shop chain ever!!! There food is also awful! I simply cannot work out how they?re still in business.

Recently i visited this coffee shop in the morning the female staff was not at all welcoming was bit rude and i felt very negative vibes there i ll suggest the manager to teach them some customer etiquettes
