The WORST BK meal I've ever had. Food was ok, flavourless and not super hot despite having a plant burger made especially for me. But also, they couldn't make any fizzy drinks which seems ridiculous that they can't get the issue fixed in Central London.
But the staff seemed to have no idea what they were doing. Four staff wandering around not able to cope with two orders. My burger caused so much confusion, they thought they'd made it by mistake (??!!) so it sat discarded until one of the other staff found my order...despite me standing there waiting (as I say only two order being prepared at that time).
What a shambles...I bet BK bosses would be shocked...I will never go back.

I ordered the double melt and it was nothing but disappointment. 2 burgers between burger bun with some cheese sauce. No cheese, no salad just misery. I had to bring it home and add cheese, salad and real sauce. They have a good reputation for burgers and I normally find their burgers are good (which was why a gave 3 stars) but this was ridiculously disappointing. Overall they're too expensive and the chips and drinks are not comparable to competition.

Not bad , good be better , just a groups of people and the till lady does not understand english
Parking: Doorway entrance is very small , not good for wheelchairs
Kid-friendliness: Depends on who's in there
Wheelchair accessibility: Not.
Really very small doors are very heavy , not automatic doors

I literally have ordered two meals and specifically said no bacon and they?ve given me both meals with bacon!!!!!!! THIS IS THE SECOND TIME THIS HAS HAPPENED this has literally gone in the bin SO ANNOYING!!!!! This happens all the time at BK I just don?t understand! It?s happened to me twice at the Colliers Wood branch and twice here

I went to eat for lunch with my boyfriend. I had a very good time eating in this place, good food and prices in the normal range of a fast food restaurant. Everything OK. Very friendly and helpful staff.
